What it is for
A steel barricade weighs over 40 pounds and a run of thirty is well over half a tonne moved by hand across a parking lot. The cart takes the whole run at once. Side loading is the part that matters most for the crew, since the barricades slide on a few inches off the ground rather than being lifted onto a deck. Extending arms carry fifteen a side. Recommended working load is around 24 for easy handling even though the frame takes 30.
