Hotels, galleries and dealerships tend to be built around light, glass and polished surfaces, and a black post in that setting reads as equipment. Chrome disappears into it. It also photographs better under event lighting, which matters for launches and press events where half the reason for the setup is the pictures. Same belt mechanism and same four way connection as the black posts so the two can be mixed if a layout needs more than we hold in one finish.
