What it is for
A frame is a border and a border is a design decision you may not want. Frameless panels put the message on the acrylic itself which reads cleaner and lets the sign carry a brand colour rather than sitting inside a chrome rectangle. Quarter inch acrylic is thick enough not to flex and it is the better choice outdoors since there is no steel frame to weatherize and nothing for water to sit in. Custom printing on these is straightforward, so a set can carry your own wording from the start.
