What Regina hires
The fence is the easy part. The lines inside it are not.
A fan zone on game day is a fenced area that opens, fills, peaks and empties again, and nearly every problem in it happens inside the fence rather than at it. The bar line grows across the space it was meant to share with the stage, the merchandise tent draws a queue that blocks the washrooms, and the entry backs up when the zone reaches capacity and fans are held outside. What the brief needs is the internal layout — which queue goes where, how long each is allowed to get and where a line folds back on itself when the space runs out.
Bar lines that stay in their lane
Belt posts give the bar a queue with a set length and a clear exit, so it does not spread across the zone.
Merchandise away from the traffic
A folded line beside the merchandise tent keeps fans waiting for a jersey out of the path to the washrooms and the stage.
A holding line at the gate
Barricade outside the entry forms a pen for fans waiting to be let in once the zone is full, so the queue stays off the road.
Where we deliver
The stadium district, downtown and the towns around.
Game-day drops go to the parking lots, plazas and closed streets where a zone is built, and truck access to those sites is cut off once the road closures go in. The quote prices delivery, setup and collection one at a time, and a zone used for more than one game can be left standing between them and collected at the end of the hire.

Deliveries go to the places a Regina game day gathers:
- the stadium on the old exhibition grounds and the lots around it
- the plazas and closed streets downtown
- the exhibition park buildings and the events centre
- the legislative grounds and the park around the lake
- bars and restaurants with a patio set up for the game
- community rinks and halls hosting a watch party
Send a plan of the zone with the bar, the merchandise tent and the stage drawn on it, and the queues are laid out around them.
Game-day questions
What a Regina fan zone has to work out.
- What are the rental prices for a Regina fan zone?
- Per set — belt on a black post for a bar line, or velvet rope on gold for the hospitality tent — the rate is $19 for one day, $29 over a three-day stretch and $39 for a full week, which suits a zone kept up across more than one game. Delivery to the zone, building the queues and collecting everything are quoted line by line, separate from the rate.
- How do we stop the bar line taking over the zone?
- Give it a fixed shape. Belt posts set a lane of a chosen length with a turn in it, and when that lane is full the bar staff can see it rather than guessing. Put the exit from the counter on the opposite side to the entry, so people leaving with drinks are not walking back through the queue.
- Can the whole zone be fenced with barricade?
- Yes. Galvanized steel barricade interlocks into a continuous perimeter around a parking lot or a closed street, with gaps for the entry, the exit and a service route. Printed covers can go on the sections facing the street, which turns the fence into a run of sponsor or team-colour panels.
- What happens at the gate when the zone is full?
- A holding pen outside the entry keeps waiting fans in a line on the pavement instead of across the road. It is built from barricade on the outer side and belt posts inside, so staff can open it lane by lane as space inside frees up.
- Can the equipment stay up between two games?
- Yes. A zone that runs for more than one game can be left standing and collected at the end of the hire rather than struck and rebuilt. Say which dates it is used on and where it will stand in between, and the collection is planned for after the last game.
