What it is for
Horizontal carts are efficient and they ask your team to lift a 21 pound post to shoulder height for the top rack. Doing that eighteen times, twice a day, is where handling injuries come from. The vertical cart takes the posts standing up so the lift is thirteen inches instead. It also fits through a normal doorway when loaded, which the tall horizontal carts do not, and it takes any post diameter since the posts are stood rather than slotted.
