What it is for
A queue without signage generates the same three questions all day and staff answer every one of them. A frame on the head post answers them instead. It slides over the top of the stanchion so nothing needs assembling and it can be moved to another post as the layout changes. The frame takes rigid printed inserts or two sheets of clear acrylic with ordinary paper between them, which means a message can be changed in the office on a normal printer rather than reordered from a supplier.
